Morbi Municipalty Light department sleeping !

Many street and road lights are not working .
people complain more and more but no result .
Charge officer suresh patil is in kumbhakarn sleep .
he is not looking at any complain unless you call him 15 times.
people say he is not libel for the post .
"Wake up mr. patil or leave the job give a chance to someone else"
